DMCA NOTICE & TAKEDOWN POLICY

  1. Filing a Copyright Complaint

If you believe material on StrateGEMS infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice containing:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • The exact location (URL) of the allegedly infringing content
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury affirming the accuracy of your notice
  • Your physical or electronic signature

  1. StrateGEMS Actions Upon Receiving a Notice

We will:

  • Review the notice for completeness
  • Remove or disable access to the identified material if appropriate
  • Notify the user who provided the content, if applicable
  • Document the action for compliance purposes
  1. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  • Your contact information
  • Identification of the removed content and its former location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction of federal courts in Massachusetts
  • Your signature

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action within 10 business days.

  1. Repeat Infringers

StrateGEMS may suspend or terminate users who repeatedly infringe copyrights.

  1. Misrepresentations

Knowingly submitting false statements (either takedown or counter-notification) may result in legal liability.
