This Digital Goods License (“License”) applies to all digital files purchased or downloaded from StrateGEMS, including PDFs, PowerPoint files, templates, assessments, visual summaries, and any other downloadable materials (“Digital Goods”).
- Grant of License
StrateGEMS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Digital Goods for:
- Personal use
- Internal organizational use
- Research, planning, and presentation within your company or team
This License applies to all content categories, including reports, templates, visual summaries, tools, checklists, curated lists, and assessments.
- Permitted Uses
You may:
- Download and store Digital Goods on personal or corporate devices
- Print copies for internal use
- Incorporate small excerpts into internal presentations with attribution
- Use templates to create internal work products
- Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- Resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute Digital Goods externally
- Post Digital Goods on public websites, social media, or shared drives accessible to non-licensed users
- Remove StrateGEMS branding, formatting, or proprietary notices
- Modify, adapt, or repurpose content to create competitor publications, tools, or educational products
- Use our research, editorial content, or frameworks in commercial consulting deliverables intended for external sale without a separate license
Any violation terminates this License automatically.
- Ownership
Digital Goods are the exclusive intellectual property of StrateGEMS. You acquire rights to use them, not ownership.
- No Warranty
Digital Goods are provided “as is,” without warranties of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Enforcement
StrateGEMS reserves the right to audit usage, pursue remedies, and revoke access if misuse is detected.
