This Subscription Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the terms under which subscribers (“Subscriber,” “you”) access paid Services offered by StrateGEMS (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing or renewing a subscription, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.

  1. Subscription Services

A StrateGEMS subscription provides access to:

  • Unlimited Insights (digital articles and analyses)
  • Unlimited Reports (professionally designed downloadable PDFs and PPTs)
  • Select tools, templates, visual summaries, curated lists, and assessments
  • Periodic newsletters and research commentary

Access begins upon purchase and continues for the duration of the paid subscription term.

  1. Account Requirements

Subscribers must maintain an active account. You are responsible for all activity conducted under your login credentials.

  1. Subscription Term and Renewal

Subscriptions may be:

  • Annual, with the term disclosed at checkout.
  • Auto-renewing, unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Subject to price changes, which will take effect only after renewal and following notice.

Cancellation prevents future charges; it does not retroactively refund previous payments.

  1. Payment

All fees are billed in U.S. dollars. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize StrateGEMS or its payment providers to charge your selected payment method.

Due to the nature of digital access, all payments are final.

  1. License to Use Subscription Content

Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Access Insights, Reports, and tools for personal or internal organizational use
  • Download and retain purchased Reports or templates for internal work
  • Reference frameworks or ideas with proper attribution

Subscribers may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or publicly post content
  • Modify content for external distribution
  • Use content to create competing publications or advisory products
  • Share login credentials or enable unlicensed access

The editorial analysis, design, templates, frameworks, and commentary remain the intellectual property of StrateGEMS.

  1. Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue subscription features, provided that Subscribers retain access to the core content categories..

  1. Termination

StrateGEMS may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of this Agreement or the Terms of Service. Terminated accounts do not receive refunds.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
